小儿先天性肌张力不全症是先天性肌弛缓的病型之一,国外称小儿畸形性肌张力不全症。我们参考有关资料,使用左旋多巴治疗二例小儿,获得良好效果。现介绍如下: 例一:苗××,男,1972年9月15日生。症状:四肢无力,不能坐、立,颈部无力支持其头,抱时头东倒西幌,极少时间能在正常位置。扶其站时,足尖着地,头颈向后用力,半分钟即不支;扶其坐时驼背。手高举或用力时颤抖不已。全身肌肉松弛,普遍无力;经常似未醒状;吃奶时易出汗,夜间多盗汗。患者出生为妊娠不足月,提前24天出生,难产,曾用吸引器。生时窒息1～2
