目的:研究一种新的组织间低能碘-125(Ⅰ-125)粒子植入术,即经消化内镜将Ⅰ-125种子植入到胃或直肠癌内。 方法:首先经消化内镜切除部分胃或直肠癌灶,然后经消化内镜活检孔道插入注射针,将Ⅰ-125种子植入到残留的癌灶内,每粒种子0.9mci,每例患者植入10~12粒。 结果:通过消化内镜可成功地将Ⅰ-125种子植入到癌肿内,在一个59.6d的物理半衰期后,直肠癌或胃癌明显缩小,直肠腔几乎没有梗阻征象。 结论:经消化内镜电切部分直肠或胃癌后,通过内镜可顺利地将Ⅰ-125种子植入到癌灶内进行组织间放疗。
OBJECTIVE: To study a new intra-tissue low-energy iodine-125 (I-125) particle implantation, in which I-125 seeds are implanted into the stomach or rectum via digestive endoscopy. Methods: Part of gastric or rectal foci were resected by digestive endoscopy, then I-125 seeds were implanted into the residual foci through the digestive endoscopic biopsy. Each seed was 0.9 mci. Each patient Into 10 to 12 tablets. RESULTS: I-125 seeds were successfully implanted into the tumor by digestion of the endoscope. After a physical half-life of 59.6 days, rectal or gastric cancers were significantly reduced and there was almost no obstruction in the rectal cavity. Conclusion: After digestion endoscopic resection of part of the rectum or gastric cancer, I-125 seeds can be successfully implanted into the foci by endoscopy for intra-tissue radiotherapy.
