通过195例蛛网膜下腔出血误诊的11例病例临床分析,探讨误诊原因、主要临床表现和误诊类型。提示应针对此类不典型表现提高警惕,同时也提出了避免误诊的方法和原则。
Clinical analysis of 11 cases misdiagnosed by 195 cases of subarachnoid hemorrhage to investigate the causes of misdiagnosis, the main clinical manifestations and misdiagnosis types. Tips should be on the alert for such atypical performance, but also put forward to avoid misdiagnosis methods and principles.
