ASQ的未来研究识别出八大变革力量。我想就这些因素对企业管理和组织质量的影响,谈谈自己的看法。同时,我还总结出3个首要因素(overarching factors),在此先作简单介绍,然后再分析它们可能带来的影响,最后就可能出现的结果与大家分享。首要因素我认为,这三个首要因素是:复杂性、灵活性、道德及社会责任感。复杂性:经济、商业与社会体系的复杂本质,将对组织的生存和发展能
Future research on ASQ identified eight forces of change. I would like to talk about my own views on the impact of these factors on the quality of corporate management and organization. At the same time, I also summarize the three overarching factors, briefly introduce them here, and then analyze their possible impact, and finally share the results we may have. The first factor I think the three primary factors are: complexity, flexibility, morality and social responsibility. Complexity: The complex nature of economic, commercial, and social systems will affect the survival and development of the organization.
