上海木材综合加工厂纤维板车间,生产初期每班(8小时)产量只能做几十张,产品抗弯强度很差,抗潮性也不强。在党的正确领导下,工人群众明确了党提出大搞纤维板是解决木材供应的正确方针,因此,不断吸取兄弟厂的先进经验,不断改进操作,大搞技术革新,使班产量提高1倍。现在这个厂的生产水平已达到原设计能力的250％。具体做法: 1、全面采用冷碱分解纤维,在原有3只冷浸池的基础上,再扩建3只,节约了原来蒸煮的二个司炉工及搬运工时。
