今年企业改革的热点是强化管理,全国优秀企业家、福日公司总经理唐文合和管理专家杨沛霆教授就这个主题展开对话,其中有许多富有智慧的理念值得我们深思。他们两位从不同的角度阐述了共同的思想,用杨教授的话说,“科学管理与人本管理是对立统一的”;用唐总的话说,中国式的管理理念应是“传统加开拓”。他们的思想既不同于计划经济下企业的管理定势,也不同于这几年来叫得很响的发达国家传来的现代管理。在这行云流水般的交谈中,似乎使我们悟到了中国式管理的真谛。
The focus of this year’s corporate reform is on strengthening management. Tang Wenhe, general manager of the company, Tang Wenhe, general manager of Furi company, and Professor Yang Peijin, a management expert, are engaged in a dialogue on this topic. Their thinking is not only different from the management orientation of the enterprises under the planned economy, but also different from the modern management that has been clamouring for the developed countries in recent years. In this stream-like conversation, it seems that we have realized the true meaning of Chinese-style management.
