观察１１１例脑血管病患者血清ＴＮＦ水平的变化。结果表明：脑血管病患者血清ＴＮＦ水平较正常对照组显著升高（Ｐ＜０．００１），且急性期患者血清ＴＮＦ水平亦较恢复期患者显著升高（Ｐ＜０．００１），表明测定脑血管病患者血清ＴＮＦ有助于临床上观察病情发展、治疗效果及对预后的判断。
To observe the changes of serum TNF in 111 patients with cerebrovascular disease. The results showed that the levels of serum TNF in patients with cerebrovascular disease were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P <0.001), and the levels of serum TNF in patients with acute cerebrovascular disease were significantly higher than those in patients with recovery (P <0.001) Serum TNF in patients with cerebrovascular disease helps to observe the clinical development of the disease, the treatment effect and prognosis.
