近些年来,随着互联网的迅速发展,以互联网为基础的网上证券交易得到了迅速的发展。本文首先对网上证券交易进行了简单的介绍,其次指出目前我国网上证券交易监管所面临的主要问题,最后提出了一些有助于消除网上证券交易风险和完善网上证券监管制度的一些政策性建议。
In recent years, with the rapid development of the Internet, online securities trading based on the Internet has been rapidly developed. This article first introduces the online securities trading briefly, and then points out the main problems that the online securities trading regulation in our country faces at present. Finally, it puts forward some policy suggestions that will help eliminate the risk of online securities trading and improve the online securities regulatory system.
