1992年9月16日至18日,省社科联、省县域经济学会、省农工委、省扶持丘陵大县财政困难县协调小组办公室在绵阳市联合召开了“加快改革步伐,发展县域经济”研讨会。省级有关部门和部分市地县的负责同志以及一些长期从事县域经济研究的同志共150余人出席了会议。会议以小平同志南巡重要谈话精神为指导,就新形势下如何抓住机遇,加快发展县域经济进行了广泛深入的讨论并提出了许多可供操作的对策。
