陶行知先生曾说:“你的教鞭下有瓦特,你的冷眼中有牛顿,你的讥笑里有爱迪生。”作为教师,一定要学会宽容,莫让粗暴的语言伤害了自己的学生。我们要宽容学生身上的缺点和错误,宽容他们因幼小而做出的种种幼稚的行为。只有宽容,才能让教育的沃土百花齐放,才能让祖国的未来充满生机和希望。没有爱就没有教育,爱是教育的前提,爱学生是教师的天职。我们必须得承认,教师是爱学生的,但有时我们的爱可能会有些偏颇。我们有时非常喜欢班中的尖子学生,更喜欢一些聪明
