旅游管理专业是一项综合性的学科,不仅对学生的力量知识提出了严格的要求,还需要学生掌握足够的操作技能。一般情况,在人才培养过程中都会送学生到酒店实施顶岗实习。为了让每个学生都能体现自己的学习价值,在酒店接受实习工作则是很好的锻炼机会,能够满足新时期教育事业的发展需要。而酒店为了降低资源管理投资,尽快培养现代新型的人才,通常都会接受学生实习的要求。
