立法作秀,是各级立法机构为了逢迎舆论、展示政绩而进行的不必要的、低质量的立法活动。立法作秀浪费立法和司法资源,降低党和政府的公信力,对此种现象要提高警惕,予以抵制。
Legislating for making a show is an unnecessary and low-quality legislative activity carried out by legislatures at all levels in order to greet the media and show achievements. Legislation shows waste of legislative and judicial resources, reduce the credibility of the party and government, to be vigilant against such phenomena, to be resisted.
