1975年Hooper等从小牛胸腺中制备出一种胸腺素(ThymosinF_5),并应用于临床,治疗原发性免疫缺陷病、肿瘤。1978年我们从猪胸腺中制备出能提供临床应用的猪胸腺素F_5并在数种病例上作了临床试验,证明是一种很有希望的免疫病治疗药物。随着该药在临床上的扩大,有必要了解其在机体内的分布代谢。我们用同位素标记猪胸腺素并观察其在小白鼠体内的分布和代谢,现小结于后,仅供有关方面参考。材料和方法(一)临床用的猪胸腺素F_5,由泰州生物化学制药厂提供,针剂,含量5mg/2ml蛋白。(二)~(125)碘标记猪胸腺素F_5制备;利用原子能所购买的无载体碘化钠,14mc:/ml,用氯胺T法标记成~(125)碘标记猪胸腺素。
In 1975, Hooper et al prepared thymosin (ThymosinF_5) from calf thymus and applied it clinically to treat primary immunodeficiency diseases and tumors. In 1978, we prepared porcine thymosin F_5 from pig thymus for clinical application and conducted clinical trials in several cases, which proved to be a promising immunotherapy drug. With the clinical expansion of the drug, it is necessary to understand its distribution in the body metabolism.
