幼儿园要加强和家庭密切合作,做好家长工作。幼儿园的工作离不开教师、幼儿和家长,要实现更好的沟通,就要在思想、认识、行动上保持一致,实现对幼儿的有效教育和引导。因此,幼儿园教师要实现和家长之间的高效沟通合作和交流,找到教育幼儿的好时机好方法好策略,实现幼儿园家园更好地沟通。基于此,本文结合理论分析和实践研究等方法对此问题进行了进一步的分析和研究,愿意抛砖引玉。
