目的:观察巴布膏贴脐治疗小儿非细菌感染性寒湿型泄泻的临床疗效。方法:将60例非细菌感染性寒湿型泄泻患儿随机分为2组各30例。治疗组采用小儿腹泻巴布膏贴脐联合西药治疗。对照组采用单纯西药治疗。治疗时间均为5天,观察其临床疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组97%,对照组93%,2组临床疗效比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组大便次数评分差比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:巴布膏贴脐治疗小儿非细菌感染性寒湿型泄泻疗效确切,且对儿童皮肤不良反应小,值得临床推广使用。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Babu ointment for treating non-bacterial cold and dampness-type diarrhea in children. Methods: Sixty children with non-bacterial cold and dampness diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups of 30 cases each. The treatment group using pediatric diarrhea Babu paste navel combined western medicine treatment. The control group was treated with western medicine alone. Treatment time was 5 days, observe the clinical efficacy. Results: The total effective rate was 97% in the treatment group and 93% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups in clinical curative effect (P <0.05). There was a significant difference between the two groups in stool frequency score difference (P <0.01). Conclusion: Babu paste navel treatment of non-bacterial infection of children with cold and cold diarrhea exact effect, and adverse reactions to children’s skin is small, worthy of clinical promotion and use.
