目的建立用高效液相色谱法测定消结安合剂中延胡索乙素含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱-紫外检测器法,以十八烷基键合硅胶柱(Kromasil C18,4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为色谱柱,甲醇-水-三乙胺(65∶35∶0.5)为流动相,流速:0.8mL·min-1,检测波长:280nm。结果消结安合剂中延胡索乙素在0.250~8.00mg·L-1内线性良好,r=0.9998,平均回收率(n=5)为100.19%,RSD为2.43%。结论本方法操作简便、准确、灵敏,为该制剂的质量控制建立了方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of tetrahydropalmatine in Xiaozhian mixture by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods High performance liquid chromatography-ultraviolet detector method was used. The column was octadecyl-bonded silica gel (Kromasil C18, 4.6mm×250mm, 5μm). Methanol-water-triethylamine (65:35:0.5) was used as the column. For the mobile phase, flow rate: 0.8 mL·min-1, detection wavelength: 280 nm. RESULTS: The linearity of tetrahydropalmatine in Xiaojie’anhe was 0.250~8.00mg·L-1, r=0.9998, the average recovery rate (n=5) was 100.19%, RSD was 2.43%. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, and sensitive. It establishes a method for the quality control of the preparation.
