磁共振动态增强检查(DCE-MRI)及弥散加权成像技术(DWI)已逐渐被应用于乳腺癌的诊断,其诊断准确度、特异度均较高。Her-2、Ki-67是乳腺癌的预后因子,与部分乳腺癌组织学类型、淋巴结转移及预后有关。探索DCE-MRI、DWI与Her-2、Ki-67之间的相关性,可能对判断部分乳腺癌组织学类型,指导手术中淋巴结清扫等方面具有一定作用。部分学者认为两者间不具有相关性;部分研究证实ADC值与p53有一定负相关性;Ki-67与边缘环形强化呈正相关;Ki-67与流出型曲线正相关;内部坏死与Her-2阳性表达呈显著正相关。
DCE-MRI and DWI have gradually been used in the diagnosis of breast cancer, and their diagnostic accuracy and specificity are high. Her-2, Ki-67 is a prognostic factor in breast cancer, and some breast cancer histological types, lymph node metastasis and prognosis. To explore the correlation between DCE-MRI, DWI and Her-2 and Ki-67 may play some role in judging the histological types of breast cancer and guiding the lymph node dissection during operation. Some scholars believe that there is no correlation between the two; some studies confirmed that ADC value and p53 have a certain negative correlation; Ki-67 and edge ring enhancement was positively correlated; Ki-67 and efflux curve is positively correlated; internal necrosis and Her-2 Positive expression was positively correlated.
