“手拉手,话小康”话动是共青团中央、全国少工委在少年儿童中开展“实现宏伟蓝图做好全面准备”主题话动的重要内容,用小康社会宏伟蓝图激励和感召少年儿童的重要任务。为贯彻落实中青联发[2002]67号文件精神,按照“在重要的节庆日和重点工作项目上统一步骤,形成声势,为少先队组织学习贯彻十六大精神营造良好的舆论氛围和社会环境”的要求,全国少工委要求各级少先队组织以“手拉手,话小康”为主题开展好“六一”活动。
