在过去的10年,我国图书馆界对图书馆工作的改革进行了积极有益的探索。对改革的方向有了基本一致的认识。图书馆改革要有利于社会主义物质文明和精神建设。改革的方向应当是:充分发挥图书馆在两个文明建设中的积极作用;彻底改变传统的封闭观念,积极面向经济建设,向社会开放;积极开展馆际协作,加强宏观调控,有组织、有分工、有重点、有层次地进行图书馆整体建设,发挥整体效益;建立健全业务工作规范和制度,提高工作人员素质,提高服务水平;加速现代化技术手段的应用。为了使改革取得成功,应当遵循以下原则。1.政治性原则。图书馆要把开发文献信息资源,最大限度地满足社会需要,培养有
In the past 10 years, our library community conducted a positive and useful exploration on the reform of library work. The direction of reform has basically the same understanding. Library reform should be conducive to the socialist material civilization and spiritual construction.
