改革开放以来,华侨华人、港澳同胞在境内投资企业(简称“侨资企业”)在全国外商投资企业中约占70%,投资额约占我国利用外资总额的60%。党的十六届六中全会《关于构建社会主义和谐社会的决定》明确要求,新的历史条件下,要“推进新经济组织、新社会组织党建工作,扩大党的工作的覆盖面,发挥基层党组织凝聚人心、推动发展、促进和谐的作用”。侨资企业是改革开放的产物,也是新经济组织的重要组成部分。本文根据对部分侨资企业党建工作的调查谈几点粗浅的建议。
