三、生产过程中输入/输出通道生产过程输入/输出通道是生产过程(或生产设备)直接同计算机进行信息交换的路径.一般可分为四类:1.模拟量输入通道.把来自生产过程的各种物理量如压力、温度、流量、物位、成分等信息,通过传感器转换成连续电量,经过模数转换(A/D)器变换成数字量传送给计算机进行计算、判别和存贮.2.模拟量输出通道.把计算机的运算和判别的结果(一系列二进制数字量)转换成相应的连续电量(D/A),输出到被控制对象上去,以达到预定的控制要求.3.数字量
