印度历届政府奉行地区霸权主义政策,把谋求大国地位作为国家战略目标,并将发展核武器视为实现这一目标的重要途径。经过近半个世纪的努力,印度已初步具备了研制和制造核武器的能力。
The successive Indian governments have pursued a policy of regional hegemony, regard seeking the status of a great power as the strategic goal of the country and regard the development of nuclear weapons as an important way to achieve this goal. After nearly half a century of hard work, India has initially possessed the ability to develop and manufacture nuclear weapons.
