我团的门诊工作,采取门诊,出诊、巡诊相结合的方法,经一个多月来的实践证明,肯定是优越的。今后应进一步研究加强。一、到连队巡诊的时是,尽可能固定,使有病的同志心中有数,仍能静心参加学习和训练;教育看病的同志遵守秩序,不要争先恐后。二、可由3-4名军医组成一个小组,负责营区的出诊、门诊及团后勤、直属分队的巡诊。1-2名担任门诊工作(包括内、外、五官科及治疗室),1名担任值班,1名担任巡诊。互相之间的工作可以轮流进行,但应密切合作,加强会诊制度,不断提高专业技术水平和医疗质量。
