用7001s×P23大粒、7001s×r8005、7001s×02428、5047s×多收3号、5047s×r8005、5047s×02428等6个双亲感光性差异程度不同的粳型杂交组合,研究了水稻光敏核不育基因表达与感光性的关系。结果表明,双亲感光性的差异大小及巳抽穗期的分离程度皆与F2育性分离有密切关系。各组合F2代随抽穗期推迟,不育株比例有增加的趋势,而且最后一批抽穗的植株中不育株比例相当大。作者认为,感光性基因是影响光敏核不育基因表达的遗传背景的重要组成部分。本文还就光敏核不育基因数目等问题进行了讨论。
Six rice cultivars with different sensitivities of parents, including 7001s × P23 large grains, 7001s × r8005, 7001s × 02428, 5047s × Longmen 3, 5047s × r8005 and 5047s × 02428, were used to study the effects of photoperiod- Relationship between gene expression and photosensitivity. The results showed that the difference in parental light sensitivity and the degree of segregation during the heading stage were closely related to F2 segregation. F2 generation in each combination was postponed with heading stage, the proportion of sterile plants tended to increase, and the proportion of sterile plants in the last batch of heading plants was quite large. The authors believe that the photosensitive gene is an important part of the genetic background that affects the expression of photo-sensitive genic male sterility genes. This article also discussed the number of photosensitive nuclear sterile genes and other issues were discussed.
