根据某型机全机静力试验采用主减假件代替真实主减的方案,建立主减假件初始外观,提取所有结构部位尺寸作为设计变量。以假件连接点载荷相对真实主减载荷的变化百分比最小作为设计目标,先采用试验设计(DOE)方法,对所有设计变量进行敏感性分析,找出关键设计参数,然后采用全局与局部优化相结合的方法,快速迭代给出了假件所有部位的最终优选尺寸,误差结果满足设计要求。
