目的:依据分枝杆菌菌株库建设的主要工作和工作流程,建立科学、标准、规范化的分枝杆菌菌株库信息系统。方法:以中国工业微生物菌种保藏管理中心(CICC)实验室信息管理系统(LIMS)为框架,以分枝杆菌菌株库工作和工作流程为基础,设计信息系统的功能模块和工作流程。结果:(1)分枝杆菌菌株库信息系统功能模块设计为保藏管理、质控管理、文档管理、资源管理、系统管理五大子系统,其中以保藏管理子系统为核心。各子系统由相应的模块组成,各子系统之间既相对独立又密切联系。(2)按收集菌株库外暂存、菌株资料录入、病例资料录入、菌株保存价值判定、菌株入库保存、特定菌株取用及研究信息补充录入等实际工作程序制定计算机模式下的工作流程。结论:分枝杆菌菌株库信息系统的建设与不断完善将能大力加强菌株库管理水平和有效提高运行效率。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a scientific, standardized and standardized Mycobacterium strain database system based on the main work and workflow of mycobacterial strain library construction. Methods: Based on the laboratory information management system (LIMS) of China Industrial Microbial Culture Collection Center (CICC), the functional modules and workflow of information system were designed based on the work and workflow of mycobacterial strain database. Results: (1) The functional modules of Mycobacterium strain library information system were designed as five sub-systems of preservation management, quality control management, document management, resource management and system management, with the storage management subsystem as the core. Each subsystem consists of the corresponding modules, the subsystems are relatively independent and closely linked. (2) The workflow of computer model was established according to the practical working procedures of collection of strain outside the reservoir, collection of strain data, input of case data, judgment of strain preservation value, storage of strain, access of specific strains and addition of research information. Conclusion: The construction and continuous improvement of the information system of mycobacterial strain database will greatly strengthen the management of strain bank and effectively improve the operational efficiency.
