为了探讨 D N A- 蛋白质交联物( D P C) 与肺癌的联系,以人肺癌组织为研究对象,用敏感的125 Ⅰ- 后标记新技术检测了不同细胞类型肺癌的 D P C 形成情况。结果显示,肺癌组织 D P C 的平均水平较癌旁对照肺组织高,提示较高的 D P C 水平可能与肺癌的发生或促进有关。研究结果未见肺鳞癌与肺腺癌之间的 D P C 水平有明显差别,亦未发现吸烟对肺癌组织 D P C 形成有明显的影响。
To investigate the association of D N A-protein cross-links (D P C) with lung cancer, human lung cancer tissues were used as research objects. The formation of D P C in lung cancers of different cell types was examined using a sensitive 125 I-post-labeling technique. . The results showed that the average level of D P C in lung cancer tissue was higher than that in the paraneoplastic control lung tissue, suggesting that higher D P C levels may be related to the occurrence or promotion of lung cancer. There was no significant difference in D P C between lung squamous cell carcinoma and lung adenocarcinoma, and no significant effect of smoking on the formation of D P C in lung cancer tissues was found.
