目的:本文主要是对静脉穿刺患者的心血管护理干预进行分析与探讨。方法:选取我院在2014年8月-2016年7月收治的48例静脉穿刺患者,将其随机分为研究组与参照组各24例,参照组患者给予常规护理,研究组患者在常规护理基础上再实施心血管护理干预,对两组患者的护理效果进行观察与对比。结果:在不同护理方法下,研究组患者的疼痛评分明显低于参照组,且穿刺成功率明显高于参照组,P<0.05。结论:对静脉穿刺患者实施心血管护理干预可以取得良好的临床效果,不仅降低了患者的疼痛感,而且还显著提高了患者穿刺的成功率,值得在今后的临床工作中加以推广。
Objective: This article mainly analyzes and discusses the cardiovascular nursing intervention in patients with venipuncture. Methods: Forty-eight cases of venipuncture admitted from August 2014 to July 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into study group (24 cases) and reference group (24 cases). The patients in reference group were given routine nursing care. Patients in study group received routine nursing Based on the implementation of cardiovascular care intervention, the two groups of patients with nursing effect were observed and compared. Results: Under different nursing methods, pain score of study group was significantly lower than that of reference group, and puncture success rate was significantly higher than that of reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The intervention of cardiovascular nursing intervention in patients with venipuncture can achieve good clinical results, not only reduce the pain of patients, but also significantly improve the success rate of puncture patients, it is worth in the future clinical work to be promoted.
