一、流域自然概况琴江位于石城县境内,全长90.4公里,本县境内流域面积1496.4平方公里。石城县地处江西省东南部,赣州地区北部,是阅赣边境武夷山脉西麓的一个具有丘陵山地特色的综合农业县。本流域属亚热带季风湿润气候,日照充足,年平均日照时数为1942小时,年均太阳辐射能为112.3千卡/厘米~2;年平均气温在14.9～19.1℃,之间,积温为4234～5636.4℃,持续时间214～242天,极端最高气温38.4℃,极端最低气温-6.4℃;雨量充沛,年降雨量为1500～1900毫米。但是,雨量分布不均,蒸发量大,地下潜流枯竭。
