In essence, strengthening enterprise vitality is to take responsibility as the core and give the enterprise proper power and interests so that the enterprise can achieve autonomous management, self-financing and self-sufficiency under the guidance of the national plan and adjustment of various economic levers. The ability to transform and self-develop in order to promote the development of production and the continuous improvement of economic efficiency. To continuously enhance the vitality of enterprises, we must focus on the following five aspects of the work. 1. Allow companies to adapt to and withstand certain pressures to promote and enhance their vitality. Under the socialist system, all business activities must be conducted in accordance with the state’s policies and decrees. Not only must it ensure the completion of all state plans and tasks, but also it must strive to accomplish its tasks of self-development and continuous improvement of the cultural life and welfare of employees. Allowing the business to take appropriate outside
