研究表明在产学研结合的基础上组建产业技术创新联盟是推动战略性新兴产业发展的重要手段,新能源汽车产业作为战略性新兴产业之一,其技术发展特点决定了要选择合适的技术发展方针。为此,在分析产业技术创新联盟模式与组织管理以及运行特点的基础上,提出了如何以产业技术创新联盟促进新能源汽车产业发展的对策与建议。
The research shows that the establishment of industrial technology innovation alliance is an important means to promote the development of strategic emerging industries based on the combination of industry, education and research. As one of the strategic emerging industries, the new energy automotive industry has decided that it is necessary to select appropriate technical development guidelines . Therefore, based on the analysis of the model, organization, management and operation characteristics of industrial technology innovation alliance, some countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote the development of new energy automotive industry with industrial technology innovation alliance are put forward.
