企业文化建设是企业提高核心竞争力,凝聚人心,增强在市场经济中抗风险能力的重要工作。从目前我国的现状来看,企业中青工比例在逐渐增加,如何做好青年职工的思想教育工作,对企业的发展至关重要。本文结合作者所在单位青年职工的情况,阐述了进行共青团工作所采取的方法和途径,把共青团工作的创新性有机与企业文化相融合。
The construction of enterprise culture is an important task for enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness, cohere the public and enhance their ability to resist risks in the market economy. From the current situation in our country, the proportion of young workers in enterprises is gradually increasing. How to do the ideological education for young workers is of crucial importance to the development of the enterprises. Based on the situation of the young workers and staff of the author’s unit, this article elaborates the ways and means of carrying out the work of the Communist Youth League and integrates the innovative organic and corporate culture of the work of the Communist Youth League.
