校企合作模式是提升人才实践能力的重要途径,应用型人才的培养也应当充分借助校企合作的培养模式不断完善和发展。为此本文针对校企合作对应用型人才培养的推动作用,深入分析了当前校企合作中的问题和解决途径。
The school-enterprise cooperation mode is an important way to enhance the practical ability of talents. The training of applied talents should also be fully improved and developed through the mode of school-enterprise cooperation. Therefore, this paper aims to promote the cooperation of school-enterprise with applied talents and deeply analyzes the problems and solutions in the current cooperation between universities and enterprises.
