综合实践活动课程是一门实践性、经验性课程,由师生合作开发、设计与实施,学生的自主实践活动与教师在课程活动过程中的指导、参与两者不可或缺,这就决定了师生关系要从“师道尊严”中转变过来,这样才能形成民主、宽松的氛围,才激发学生的求知欲,提高综合能力。教师角色转变与否,决定了综合实践活动开展的成效与质量,新型师生关系的重构是学校综合实践活动课程有效开展的关键环节。
