目前农村广泛使用的402杀虫剂大多为70%油剂,呈黄褐色,与某些补品很相似,易被误服引起中毒反应。本院于1990年3月～10月曾收治4例,现报道如下。临床资料4例均为男性,1岁2例,5岁1例,13岁1例。分别误服2ml、3ml、3ml、6ml,服后即感口腔不适、哭吵、恶心、呕吐胃内容物,继而流口水、粘液及粘液血丝,诉说疼痛。体检:402污染部位皮肤灼
At present, most of the 402 pesticides widely used in rural areas are 70% oily, yellowish brown, which is similar to some supplements and is easily poisoned by mistreatment. The hospital in March 1990 to October had 4 cases were reported as follows. The clinical data of 4 cases were all male, 1 year old in 2 cases, 5 years old in 1 case, 13 years old in 1 case.
