《幼儿园教育指导纲要》指出:幼儿园的教育要“以游戏为基本活动,寓教育于各项活动之中”。幼儿园课程应该是游戏化的,游戏是幼儿的基本活动,幼儿园的课程与游戏密不可分。游戏在学前儿童课程教学中的运用和融合有三条基本的实践路径:一是把游戏作为幼儿一日生活的基本活动内容,使之成为学前儿童课程教学的基本内容;二是把游戏作为常规教学的基本活动形式,使之成为学前儿童课程教学的基本手段;三是把游戏作为一种精神或灵魂的存在而贯穿于学前儿童课程教学的全部过程中。
