目的研究一种中草药皮肤抑菌剂的抑菌效果及其安全性。方法采用溶出性抗(抑)菌产品抑菌性能试验和动物试验方法,对该抑菌剂抑菌效果及其毒性进行了实验室观察。结果作用2 min和5 min对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和白色念珠菌抑菌率大于50%,作用10 min后对各试验菌的抑菌率大于90%;37℃条件下原液存放3个月后,抑菌作用与存放前基本一致;皮肤刺激性指数为0.33;皮肤致敏率为0,未见红斑、水肿等变态反应。结论该抑菌剂抑菌效果较好,性质稳定,对人体无刺激。
Objective To study the antibacterial effect and safety of a Chinese herbal skin antibacterial agent. Methods The bacteriostasis test and animal experiment method of dissolution antibacterial (antibacterial) products were used to observe the bacteriostatic effect and toxicity of the bacteriostat. Results The antibacterial rate of Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans was more than 50% at 2 min and 5 min, and the antibacterial rate of each test bacterium was more than 90% after 10 min; at 37 ℃, After 3 months of storage, the bacteriostatic effect was basically consistent with that before storage; the skin irritation index was 0.33; the skin sensitization rate was 0, and no allergic reaction such as erythema and edema was found. Conclusion The bacteriostasis bacteriostasis effect is good, stable in nature, no stimulation to the human body.
