在新课改的背景下,学校教育实际上就是学生科技素养养成的过程,或者说学校必须促进这一过程的发生和发展。在这个过程中,教师作为教学的三个要素之一,有重要的作用,为提高学生科技素养,教师是时候给自己重新地位教育的角色,以能更好地履行教书育人的使命,让学生成为主宰自己生长进步,促进自身发展。本文结合苏南农村高中的学生科技素养现状,讨论了教师角色定位方向。
In the context of the new curriculum reform, school education is actually the process of cultivating students’ technical literacy, or the school must promote the occurrence and development of this process. In this process, as one of the three elements of teaching, teachers play an important role. In order to improve students’ scientific and technological accomplishments, teachers are time to re-position themselves as educators in order to better fulfill the mission of teaching and educating people. Students become the master of their own growth and progress, and promote their own development. This paper discusses the orientation of teachers ’role based on the status quo of students’ science and technology accomplishment in rural areas of southern Jiangsu province.
