随着科学技术的快速发展,人们对供电量的需求也越来越大,电力企业不得不进行必要的改革。电力企业体制改革对相关管理人员来说,无疑是增加了很大的难度,也提出更高要求,因此电力培训师队伍建设及培训师培训能力提升成为实现体制改革的重中之重。本文主要针对如何使电力企业培训师培训能力提升进行分析探讨。
With the rapid development of science and technology, people’s demand for power supply is also growing. Power companies have to make the necessary reforms. The reform of the power enterprise system undoubtedly added a great deal of difficulty and raised higher demands to the relevant management personnel. Therefore, the construction of the power trainer team and the training of trainer personnel have become the most important task in realizing the system reform. This article mainly aims at how to make the power company trainer improve the training ability to analyze and discuss.
