目前,国内生产的石棉摩擦材料,石棉纤维含量一般均在50%左右,以保证制品的各项技术性能要求。但为了节约石棉资源及减少粉尘危害,国外都已开始了新型摩擦材料的生产,即石棉含量较少或者根本不用石棉(俗称无石棉)的摩擦材料。国内也已重视起来,并开始了这项研究工作。我厂在八三年初,进行了少用石棉的新的摩擦材料的研制工作。并已试制成功了一种石棉含量35%左右的新型石棉摩擦材料。具体试验情况简介如下。
At present, the domestic production of asbestos friction materials, asbestos fiber content are generally about 50%, in order to ensure that the product of the technical performance requirements. However, in order to save asbestos resources and reduce dust hazards, foreign countries have started a new type of friction material production, that is, asbestos content or no asbestos (commonly known as non-asbestos) friction material. China has also taken seriously and started the research work. At the beginning of the year of 1983, our factory carried out the research and development of new friction materials with less asbestos. A new type of asbestos friction material with asbestos content of about 35% has been trial-produced. Specific test conditions are as follows.
