学校发展规划的使命是在深刻分析学校历史和现状、科学预测发展趋势的基础上,预见并处理学校未来发展的不确定性,探索学校有效发展的道路。北京市第十九中学的前身是培元女子小学,于1916年由清华学堂、燕京大学的教工筹款创办,校名源于孙中山先生“培养中华民族之元气”一语。作为办学历史近百年的老校,自2008年以来,我校在研制并认真组织《学校发展规划》实施方面进行了有益探索,取得了显著成效。
The mission of school development planning is to anticipate and deal with the uncertainty of the future development of the school and to explore the effective development of the school on the basis of a profound analysis of the school history and current situation and the scientific forecast of development trends. The nineteenth secondary school in Beijing, formerly known as Peiyuan Girls’ Primary School, was founded in 1916 by fundraising teachers from Tsinghua University and Yenching University. The name of the school derives from Mr. Sun Yat-sen’s “Cultivation of the Vitality of the Chinese Nation.” As a preschool educated for nearly a century, since 2008, our school has made useful explorations in the development and careful organization of the “School Development Plan” and achieved remarkable results.
