A blade C is mounted on the blade holder of the shearing machine (see the figure). The two arms B of the tool holder are swung around the eccentric shaft P. Each of the hydraulic pressers has a projection thereon, which is rigid with the pole (not shown) connection. The upper end of the upright pole is contacted with the crank lever 6 which is fixed on the pressing beam.
