在国内外对自主学习理论研究日臻成熟的条件下,在大学英语学生对课堂教学和教师提出更高要求的环境下,同时也为了响应2004年教育部《大学英语课程教学要求》“增强学生自主学习能力”的要求,本研究着力于适应学生对英语课堂和教师的高要求,改革现有的传统的大学英语教学模式,走出自主学习就是离开教师、学生自主使用网络资源和学习软件的自由学习的误区,探寻一条真正意义上的培养大学英语学生英语自主学习能力的课堂模式。
