成都军区司令部政治部于日前发出通知,要求各省军区、军分区和各级人武部门认真做好1995年度《西南民兵》杂志的订阅发行工作。 通知指出:《西南民兵》杂志是成都军区党委和机关指导西南地区民兵预备役工作的机关刊物,是进行民兵刊授教育和国防教育的主要教材,也是广大民兵预备役人员学文习武的帮手和成才致富的益友。各级司、政部门一定要重视《西南民兵》的订阅发行,作为民兵基层的一项基础建设、进行民兵政治教育的一项重要工作抓紧抓好。 通知要求:《西南民兵》杂志订阅范围应本着有利于指导民兵工作有利于搞好刊授教育的精神狠
