本刊讯(记者刘洋)2月26日,《中国创新型企业发展报告2010》对外正式发布。报告显示:2010年中国企业500强中,前50强企业有30家是国家创新型(试点)企业,表明越来越多的国家大中型企业进入创新型企业建设行列,创新型(试点)企业已经成为中国企业500强的骨干力量。创新型企业对国民经济发展的贡献日益显著。据统计,458家企业2009年创造的增加值达到3.3万亿元,占全年国内生产总值(GDP)的9.8%,占全年全部工业增加值的24.6%。企业上缴税费总额达11840.9亿元,占全年全国税收收入的19.9%。通过对截止到2009年底458家创新型(试点)企业的创新发展状况进行统计分析,创新型(试点)企业R&D强度(R&D支出占主营业务收入比重)达到1.86%,远高于0.96%的全国大中型工业企业

The report shows that among the top 500 Chinese enterprises in 2010, 30 of the top 50 are state innovation-type (pilot) enterprises, indicating that more and more large and medium-sized national enterprises are entering the ranks of innovative enterprises. The total amount of taxes and fees turned over by enterprises amounted to 1.18409 trillion yuan, accounting for 19.9% of the national tax revenue for the whole year.
