以辽东栎天然次生林的辽东栎种子为研究对象,采用完全随机区组设计,进行容器育苗,研究了辽东栎幼苗生长阶段的生物学特性及生长规律,以期为黄土高原辽东栎天然次生林的天然更新机制提供科学依据。结果表明:辽东栎幼苗的出苗率呈倒“J”型曲线,即“快-慢”的增长趋势,4月28日至6月28日是辽东栎幼苗出苗的主要时期;在辽东栎幼苗高生长过程中,播种后40~80d(5月18日至6月28日)高生长最快(2.57cm),在此期间幼苗苗高生长量分别为年苗高生长总量的24.83%和19.18%,表明在黄土高原地区春末夏初(5月18日至6月28日)为辽东栎幼苗全年中地上部高生长的最快时期,其高生长总体上符合“S”型生长发育规律;辽东栎幼苗的地上生物量、地下生物量和总生物量的生长基本一致,均符合“慢-快-慢”的生长规律,呈“S”型曲线增长;根冠比播种后20d最大,为1.93±0.16,之后减小,播种后120~180d,基本稳定,在此期间的根冠比分别为1.28±0.21、1.30±0.25、1.33±0.20、1.33±0.18。辽东栎幼苗生物量在不同部位的分配比例为地下根部分>地上茎叶部分。
