Long non-coding RNA (Long non-coding RNA) is a set of non-coding RNA that is more than 200 nt in length and has no specific complete open reading frame. It occupies a large proportion of total nc RNA. Among them, BRAF-acticited long non-coding RNA (BANCR) is one of the most important oncogenes in human being as a newly discovered lnc RNA in malignant melanocytoma. However, studies have shown that BANCR can be used as a tumor suppressor in some tumors to suppress the development of tumors. In this study, BANCR involved in the occurrence and development of cancer were discussed, and the mechanism of BANCR in different tumors were reviewed for the early diagnosis and treatment of cancer put forward a new prospect.
