本研究在T-DNA激活标签插入红花大金元的突变群体中观察到一个突变株系,该突变株系较红花大金元表型有明显改变,主要表现为矮化、叶间距短。通过对突变株系侧翼序列的扩增及后续的共分离试验确定引起突变的激活标签的位置,对插入位置两侧基因表达量进行分析筛选激活基因,后续的转基因试验则进一步验证了基因的功能。通过以上研究,本文主要得到以下结果:(1)根据该株系在T2、T3代的分离情况,初步可以判断该突变表型
