首先说明一下,笔者认为福田保税工业区应改提福田自由工业区更为妥当,这是本文题目的来由。较之沙头角保税工业区更高层次的福田自由工业区,是经济特区进一步改革开放,造“内地香港”的新尝试,也是深圳经济特区实现未来社会经济发展战略目标的突破口之一。这一决策广泛借鉴了世界经济性特区的成功经验,充分发挥了毗邻香港的独特优势,必将在以往10年所取得的成就的基础上,闯出新的路子,开创新的局面,对我国经济特区建设和改革开放具有不容低估的意义。本文试就福田自由工业区的模式谈谈笔者的浅见。一、深圳经济特区发展面临的挑战与福田自由工业区
First of all, I believe that Futian Bonded Industrial Zone should be modified Futian free industrial zone more properly, this is the subject of this article. The construction of special economic zones and reform and opening up should not be underestimated. This article tries to talk about the mode of Futian Free Industrial Zone, the author’s humble opinion. I.
