ACFM(交流磁场测定)检测法是广泛用于石油天然气工业机械零部件的表面裂纹探伤的一种电磁检测技术。它与传统检测方法相比有许多优点,尤其是在其应用过程中,它具有不用清除涂层或油脂就可进行检测的特点,近来被一些铁道领域所应用。本文对ACFM技术的基本情况及其应用进行了阐述。在涉及某些滚动接触疲劳(RCF)产生形状复杂的裂纹的检测时,对轨顶检测用的新型“步行检测棒”的开发也进行了阐述。该技术还用于普通车轴和驱动车轴的检测,并与转向架的检测一起,给出了应用实例。
ACFM (AC magnetic field measurement) detection method is widely used in oil and gas industry machinery parts surface crack detection of an electromagnetic detection technology. Compared with the traditional detection methods, it has many advantages, especially in the application process, it has the ability to detect without removing the coating or grease, and has recently been used in some railway applications. This article describes the basic situation of ACFM technology and its application. The development of a new “pedestrian rod” for rail-top detection is also described in the context of the detection of complex-shaped cracks involving certain rolling contact fatigue (RCF). The technology is also used for the detection of normal axles and drive axles, along with the detection of bogies, giving examples of applications.
